Brief Biography

Ashley has worked as an Occupational Therapist with The Hospital for Sick Children since 2009. She is currently a member of the Heart Transplant, General Surgery, and Respiratory Medicine teams.  Ashley has also worked as a Subject Matter Expert with the Children's Hospital Project in Qatar from 2012-2013.  She holds a status appointment with the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto and is the editor of the PT/OT Alumni Magazine.

Research Interests

  • Developmental outcomes following heart transplant in infancy
  • Interprofessional practice education in the local and international context
