Conflict management program
The Conflict Management Program at The Hospital for Sick Children provides the opportunity for our employees to access a confidential service to assist dealing with conflict in the workplace. In addition to providing consultation, coaching or individual and group mediation, this program also offers skills training for our employees in conflict management.

when they want to explore options in dealing with a difficult situation;
when they could use a "sounding board", or some guidance and support in dealing with a complex situation;
to facilitate conversations between 2 or more persons who are having difficulty together or reaching consensus;
when they would like to increase their skills in managing conflict.
