Overview and mission
The Bone Health Centre is focused on improving the care of children with generalized skeletal bone disorders including osteoporosis, osteopenia, metabolic bone disease and skeletal dysplasias. Our mission is to build a centre that provides coordinated care and improved management of the broad range childhood bone disorders. We plan to undertake leading edge research into improved treatments for these disorders, with the ultimate aim of making the center obsolete by improving overall bone health in the larger paediatric population.
