Our Green Initiative

Stormwater Management
Stormwater collection is integral to building water efficiency, allowing rainwater to be used to flush toilets.

Water Efficiency
Smart design of low flow water fixtures reduces potable water consumption by 50%.

Energy Efficient Design and Systems
Careful design of the building and mechanical and electrical services reduces energy consumption by 40% versus industry standards.

Material Selection
Building systems include no CFCs and architectural materials contain greater than 22% recycled content, 30% regional content, and include wood sources certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council.

Interior Environmental Quality
Materials, finishes, carpets, paints, coatings and adhesives are selected to minimize volatile organic compounds and other known criteria pollutants.
