Cardio-Pulmonary Laboratory

The Cardiopulmonary Exercise Laboratory provides collaboration, planning, data management and analysis for research studies involving cardio-respiratory, musculoskeletal and metabolic interactions in childhood disease. 

The exercise laboratory provides a range of resources on a cost-recovery basis including: Maximal Aerobic Power (VO2 max), Cardiac Output- Steady State or Progressive Exercise, Running Economy (treadmill), Anaerobic Power (sprint bike), 6-minute Walk Test, Body Composition (skinfold, bioelectric impedance).
