Goals, Timelines and Funding

Our goal was to identify potential targets that could help prevent some of these TRANCE side effects caused by chemotherapy and thus, possibly improve the child’s future quality of life.

The N-PhenoGENICS study took place over the course of five years. Recruitment of potential participants began in July 2013. The study is now completed.

This research study was made possible through the financial support of the Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR), Canadian Cancer Society Research Institute (CCSRI), C17 Council, Garron Family Cancer Centre at SickKids, and Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario.
