Certificate of Completion
If you are a graduate student or research fellow who has been at SickKids full-time for a minimum of one year and have almost completed your research training, you are eligible to receive a signed and sealed Certificate of Completion from the Research Institute to honour your training period at the hospital.
To receive a Certificate of Completion:
1. The trainee's supervisor must request the certificate by contacting Shiv Kamal, Senior Secretary, Research Training Centre at shiv.kamal@sickkids.ca. The request must include:
- Full name of trainee
- Position of trainee (graduate student or research fellow)
- Start date and end of date of training period (include Month, Date, and Year)
2. The trainee must submit a completed Alumni Registry form to the Research Training Centre, Room 5277, Black Wing.
