The annual report for The Hospital for Sick Children tells the story of 2011-2012 in videos, text and photos. The report’s title – Discoveries Lead to Recoveries – describes the SickKids culture of innovation through integration: We do more than provide care; we find ways to provide better care.
A great deal of innovation takes place within our centres featured in this year’s report. By integrating research, care and learning, our interprofessional teams that populate the centres are constantly creating new opportunities for improving child health.
