BD Analyzers
The facility has three Becton Dickinson analyzers that can be found in room 2-504. They include one 14-colour LSRII, one 4-colour FACS Calibur and one 3-colour FACScan. All instruments also measure forward and side scatter. Please see below for more information about each instrument.

Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur - 4 Colour Analyzer
Lasers: 488 nm Blue (15 mW) and 633 nm Red (20 mW)
4PMTs: Typically FITC/GFP, PE, PI and APC or FITC/GFP, PE, PE-Cy5 and APC
Becton Dickinson LSR II GC (14 colours: 6B/3R/3V/2UV)
4 Solid State Lasers: 488 mm Blue (100mW), 633 nm Red (20 mW), 405 nm Violet (25 mW) and 355 nm UV (20 mW)
