Data Analysis
The SickKids-UHN Flow Cytometry Facility provides site licenses for the flow cytometry data analysis program FlowJo at a reasonable cost. They are available for download on both the PC and Macintosh.

Your site licence will be automatically renewed in May every year. You must send an e-mail to by April 15th, if you do not want your licence renewed.
We also have several computers (Macs and one PC) with FlowJo installed on them for offline analysis. These computers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Booking of these computers must be done on the online booking system (view schedule for "Data analysis computers") and is free of charge. The minimum booking time is 30 minutes and the maximum is 3 hours. No data storage is permitted. Data may be transferred via server or USB key on the Macs. Data may be transferred only via server on the PC.
Cytobank
Cytobank is a cloud-computing platform to manage, share and analyze your flow cytometry data from anywhere. A free limited version can be found at (http://www.cytobank.org/getstarted.html). SickKids also has a hosted version (https://sickkidsca.cytobank.org/cytobank/login) however you must be a SickKids-UHN facility registered user to use it. The current fee per login account is $500 per year (October 2011-Sept 2012). This price will change Oct 2012.
