Wet Lab
The wet lab is equipped with facilities for protein expression, purification and characterization.
Crystallization and Data collection Facility
(a) The crystallization facility is a temperature controlled room with separate incubators for crystallizations at 4°C, 16°C and 22°C.
(b) The X-ray facility consists of an R-Axis IV++, Rigaku RUH3R rotating anode generator with Osmic optics and an X-stream cryosystem for data collection at 100K.
Dry Lab
The dry lab has L-shaped desks and workstations for each individual in the lab. Two separate smaller rooms provide more private space for senior members of the Lab.
