Mouse Stem Cell Lines

Our lab works with stem cell lines made from the three distinct tissue lineages within the blastocyst. These include blastocyst-derived embryonic stem (ES), trophoblast stem (TS) cell lines, and more recently, XEN cells from the extraembryonic endoderm. Studying these stem cell lines in depth, and dissecting the events that leads to these separate lineages is the primary focus of our lab.

Protocols for establishing and maintaining these cell lines can be found below. Protocols are always evolving, and we try to keep updated versions here. If you need any further information, please contact us, and we will try to help you.
