Brief Biography

Currently in the role of Nurse Educator at the Ontario Regional Poison Information Centre is Heather Ferries. Ms Ferries is a Certified Specialist in Poison Information. Her teaching focuses on toxicology specific education for health care professionals throughout the province, as well as province-wide poison prevention education programmes. Ms. Ferries has a Master of Education degree from OISE-University of Toronto, with a specialization in Adult Education.
