Brief Biography

Emily Ho is an occupational therapist at SickKids who specializes in paediatric upper extremity evaluation and rehabilitation. She has both research and clinical duties in this area. Currently, Ho is working on the development and validation of functional outcome measures in paediatric upper extremity conditions.

As the Division’s clinical research coordinator, Ho provides support and guidance for the interprofessional staff and trainees regarding research procedures and ethical obligations.

Since 2004, Ho has been actively involved in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. She has contributed as a clinical fieldwork supervisor, anatomy lab instructor, and more recently as a clinical research supervisor for the occupational therapy program.
