Current state
The clinical program for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) is known as one of the leading care facilities in the world and has a well-established reputation for its excellence in multidisciplinary care. It provides a smooth transition to the adult CF program at neighbouring St. Michael's Hospital.
Both paediatric and adult CF clinics are documented in a common CF Patient Database and linked to a rich collaborative environment for CF research that has existed within SickKids for the past three decades.
