You are at a time in your life with lots of changes. One of them is that you will be leaving SickKids when you are 18. You might wish that you could just leave your HIV at the hospital, but since that can’t happen, we have put together some information about graduating from SickKids, things you might want to know about your medications and about HIV and links to some great sites.
