Organizational Development

Being a leader at SickKids is both a privilege and a responsibility.  Leaders in our organization work with some of the highest skilled and experienced teams and individual contributors in healthcare, and it is our job to make sure our people have the supports, the tools and the environments in which high quality care, education and research can be performed.  As leaders, we role-model values, set and monitor expectations aligned with strategy and hold people accountable for delivering exceptional care and service.

Our core leadership development program, Precision Leadership, provides leaders with critical, effective and evidence-based skills and knowledge that forms the foundation of an ongoing reflective leadership practice.  Other programs, as well as coaching and consultation, are available from our team.
