Fellowships and Electives

Elective Rotations

  • Electives are available for residents and fellows in a variety of disciplines. The focus throughout your time with the complex care team is to learn about holistic care delivery incorporating the bio, psycho, and social domains, during routine scheduled clinic visits, acute care clinic visits, home visits and hospitalizations. In addition, many of the patients we follow have a central line (either PICC or Infusaport), a gastrostomy and/or a tracheostomy, so this rotation is a good time to become familiar with these technologies. The physicians, nurses and allied health professionals would be delighted to have you join our team!
  •  For information on electives for residents, please visit the U of T Core Paediatric Residency Program.

Fellowship Opportunities

  • There are multiple fellowship opportunites for paediatric residents to develop core training in complex care.
