REB Meeting Dates

New applications that require full Research Ethics Board (REB) review will be assigned to the next available meeting agenda when:

  • the application has been reviewed for completeness by a Coordinator and the number of required copies (as determined by the Coordinator) are submitted to our office;
  • it is received in sufficient time to be circulated and reviewed by the members at the next panel meeting; and
  • the panel meeting cap of new applications has not been reached. Once the cap has been reached, the application will be assigned to the next panel meeting agenda.​​

Note: New study submissions need to be submitted via eREB and accepted for review no later than the Friday three weeks prior to the scheduled meeting. Modifications need to be submitted no later than the Friday two weeks prior to the next scheduled meeting.
