Construction notice: Possible delays on Elm Street and in parking garage

SickKids is upgrading the Elm street parking ramp in the Atrium parking garage. Please prepare for delays entering and exiting the Atrium parking garage (the main hospital garage with entrance off of Elm St.).

Beginning in mid-April, SickKids and the City of Toronto will be carrying out construction projects on the water service pipes and watermains that run beneath Elm Street between University Avenue and Elizabeth Street. During this time, construction crews will be present and there will be no parking available along Elm Street. Staff, patients, families and visitors will still have access to the SickKids parking garage, but should plan for the possibility of minor traffic delays.

During construction, families and visitors should give themselves extra time to park to ensure they are on time for appointments.

SickKids Atrium parking garage

Parking is available under the hospital. The garage entrance is located on Elm Street. The lot is automated and accepts cash and credit cards. Parkers take a ticket upon entry and pay at one of the pay stations located in each of the P1 to P4 elevator lobbies when exiting.
