Contact Toronto Hydro-Electric (416-542-8000 or Toronto Hydro Online Sign-Up) , to set up an electricity account in your name. There is an administrative fee if this task is not completed by your apartment assignment date;
Sign up for EFT (electronic funds transfer from a Canadian bank account. Form available in the Property Management office) or submit post-dated cheques to Property Management;
Submit all new contact information to Property Management;
Discuss any questions or concerns with Property Management.
