Listening for the Door: A four-part series

Series sessions: January 10, 17, 24, 31

This series introduces parents of young people who use substances to a mindful and compassionate approach for managing their teens’ risky, self-destructive behaviour.

It includes some experiences with practicing mindfulness and, based on moment-to-moment awareness of teens’ actions, provides parents with a framework for understanding difficult behaviour.

It offers practical solutions to some common problems, along with the opportunity to develop specific strategies that will be effective for each individual teen and family.

Register for Listening for the Door today!

This series is free! To sign up, please call or leave a message for Mary Bell, MSW, RSW at 416-813-8687.
