Currently Accepting Applications for the 2013-2014 academic year

The 2013-2014 Academic Year (September 2013-2012) : Grades 1 through 5 
Applications for student who will be in grades 1 through 5 are being accepted. 


The Epilepsy Classroom was the recipient of one of the Epilepsy Toronto's H.O.P.E. Awards which recognizes champions who have strengthen the epilepsy community by either helping people with epilepsy, increasing awareness or advancing treatment and services.  The award was presented by Ms. Irene Elliot, Epilepsy Toronto Board member, to Dr. Elizabeth Kerr, the director of the classroom, on June 2, 2012 during the Epilepsy Toronto Annual General Meeting and Conference entitled "Quality of Life for All".  Cheryl Hindrie, CYW from the classroom, was also in attendance.

Natalie Hamilton from Epilepsy Ontario captured the mission of the Epilepsy Classroom in a recent news letter report.

Alexnadra Posadzki, Toronto Star Reporter,  wrote an article about families experiences of the Epilepsy Classroom and the types of difficulties children with epilepsy may experience in the Thursday, May 10, 2012  SICKKIDS section of the paper.

The education reporter from Toronto Star, Kristin Rushowy, wrote an article about the classroom which appeared in the Monday, March 26, 2012 GTA section of the paper.
