Electives for medical students
Electives are typically two weeks in length but can range from one week to a maximum of four weeks in general child and youth psychiatry.
PGY-1 residents may choose a general or more specialized elective, exposing them to the rick diversity of work in child psychiatry or exposure within a particular field.

Canadian and North American medical students: Students from other Canadian medical schools and / or American medical schools must apply for electives through Sheila Binns and the Electives Office at the University of Toronto.

International medical students: Electives are also available to international medical students based upon availability. Students should contact Susan Romolo and the International Electives Office at University of Toronto.
