Remote access services for SickKids staff
This page is intended for authorized users only. To access SickKids applications, please make sure to have updated antivirus software and virus definitions.
The following remote access services are available to staff through this site. Please click on one of the services below.
Access key links and applications
SickKids staff intranet is your go-to place to connect to the tools, resources, people, news and information you need to do your job. Log in with your Windows username and password.
Access Epic, ExpressNet, myHR, myFinance and more
Access clinical and corporate applications that require network access. Login with your Windows username, password and your Multi-Factor Authentication code.
VPN is no longer accessible through a link. You must launch VPN using the "SickKids VPN" desktop icon on a SickKids-managed computer.
VPN Access
Access VPN to connect to network resources that are not available on Clinical and Corporate Access. On a SickKids-managed laptop you can log in using your Windows username and password, along with your Multi-Factor Authentication code.
VPN sessions will encounter a forced session timeout at 14 hours with a 15 minute warning. The session will need to be re-initiated in order to continue.
Launch VPN from your desktop using the Citrix icon.
