Map & Directions

Where is SickKids located?

The Hospital for Sick Children, also known as SickKids, is located in downtown Toronto at 555 University Avenue, between Gerrard and Elm streets.

The hospital has two main entrances:

  • 170 Elizabeth St. (main entrance)
  • 555 University Avenue (closed)

Currently, visitors can only enter and exit SickKids using the Elizabeth Street entrance or the parking garage. All other entrances are closed.

Until October 2022, the revolving door at the Elizabeth Street entrance is closed due to construction. The regular double doors (with push button door openers) next to the revolving door can be used to enter and exit the Atrium.

The main wheelchair ramp in the centre of the Elizabeth Street driveway is also closed until October, so a temporary wheelchair ramp has been installed on the north side of the driveway.
