Biography

Dax has more than 10 years of clinical research experience in academic, industry and healthcare settings. He is a certified Clinical Research Professional and has a doctorate in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology from the University of Toronto.

At SickKids, Dax leads the Clinical Research Facilities and Services (CRFS) team which strives to provide best-in-class services and infrastructure in support of clinical research. CRFS offers centralized and coordinated access to a variety of facilities and professional services for clinical researchers, including the Clinical Research Centre (CRC), SickKids Central Biobank, Clinical Research Coordinator Services (CRCS), Behavioural Assessment Unit (BAU) and biostatistics, design and analytics support under the Analytics Hub.
