Biography

Jennifer Tyrrell is a Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience. She completed undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate education at the University of Toronto. Over the past 15 years, Jennifer has specialized in complex pain management and the coordination of care, including supporting the transition between health-care systems. Most recently, she joined the the Division of Adolescent Medicine as Nurse Practitioner in the Transition to Adult Care Program, supporting youth with complex health conditions and their family transition to adult health care.

Clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes has been a consistent driving force throughout Jennifer’s career.
