Shauna Kirk

Shauna has over 20 years of experience in clinical research in both industry and academic settings. She is a certified Clinical Research Professional and holds a master’s degree in pathology from the University of Western Ontario and the Excellence in Executive Leadership Certificate from the Rotman School of Management.

As the Senior Manager of the Clinical Research Support Office, Shauna leads SickKids Streamlined Pathway for Research Initiation (SPRINT), the institutional review and approval process for all clinical research studies and provides centralized support for Clinical Research Principal Investigators, study teams and stakeholders across the enterprise through the research lifecycle.
