Gwendolyn Moncrieff-Gould
Biography
Gwendolyn Moncrieff-Gould joined the Child Health Policy Accelerator in October 2025 as the inaugural Policy Lead. Previously, she worked as the Director, Public Policy and Engagement with BGC Canada (formerly the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada), and in a variety of roles with Universities Canada. She has also worked in policy development for the water sector with the MacEachen Institute at Dalhousie University. Originally from Toronto, Gwendolyn also holds a Combined Honours Degree in Political Science and Contemporary Studies from the University of King’s College.
Gwendolyn had been involved with election campaigns in two provinces, and at the municipal and federal levels. In her spare time, Gwendolyn volunteers with the Canadian Advocacy Network, providing free government relations and communications advice to charities and non-profits across Canada.
