Nicole Wagschal

Nicole Wagschal joined the Paediatric Advanced Care Team (PACT) in 2024 as the team’s second Outreach Nurse Practitioner. In this role she plays an integral part in transitions to home or Emily's House Pediatric Hospice for end-of-life care. She provides community-based support, education and guidance to families and their care teams along the palliative care trajectory. Prior to joining PACT, Nicole held nurse practitioner roles in paediatric primary care, anesthesia care, urgent care and paediatric oncology
