About the Clinic
Sexual health Promotion and Resource Clinic (SPaRC) is for youth facing health system inequities or adversity who require a low-barrier approach to meeting their sexual health needs in a confidential and trauma-informed space. The interdisciplinary team at SPaRC provides resourcing and support with:
- Contraceptive health care
- Pregnancy planning
- Pregnancy options counselling and referrals for pregnancy care
- STI testing/screening
- STI treatment
- Sexual health education
Referrals can be submitted by your health-care provider through EpicCare Link. Community organizations can send referrals to sparc.clinic@sickkids.ca. Learn more about how to refer a patient.
What to Expect During Your Visit
During your appointment, you may meet with one of our physicians, nurses, social workers and nurse practitioners.
