PARAFFIN SCROLLS - Scrolls from FFPE tissues can be shipped at room temperature. Scrolls must be shipped immediately after shaving.

Background and clinical significance

The OncoScan microarray test is used to assess copy number in DNA extracted from FFPE pediatric tumours. Tumour-specific copy number changes are associated with prognosis.
