Emily Lo

Dr. Emily Lo completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at Central Michigan University, followed by a paediatric residency at Cohen Children's Medical Center in New York and a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship at SickKids. She subsequently pursued additional training through the Dr. Karen Pape Program in Neuroplasticity at SickKids. Dr. Lo is currently a Master of Science candidate at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on brain injury in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) and the neuroprotective potential of amniotic fluid-derived extracellular vesicles.
