Sharon Younker

Sharon Younker has over 40 years of experience in corporate governance in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Sharon joined The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in 2002 as Director of the Executive Office and Corporate Secretary to the Board of Trustees. Over the past 20 years she has been accountable for the development and implementation of governance best practices for the SickKids Board. Prior to joining SickKids, she held leadership positions for a conglomerate of public and private companies accountable for finance/administration, board governance, securities reporting, and investor relations.
