Supply chain code of ethics

At SickKids, employees and suppliers are expected to adhere to ethical standards.

The Supply Chain Code of Ethics outlines SickKids’s expectations of everyone involved in supply chain activities, emphasizing personal integrity, accountability, and transparency.

Vendor authorization

To ensure appropriate authorization for the supplier, they must communicate with the relevant team member at SickKids with whom they are providing goods and services to. The SickKids team will then work closely with the vendor to ensure all required documents are finalized.

If the vendor will be working directly with patients for patient care or training, they must provide all necessary supporting evidence to their SickKids liaison.

FAQs

A supplier/vendor is a company who provides goods or services necessary for SickKids Hospital’s operations. This includes medical equipment, laboratory supplies, and other essential materials and services for patient care, research, and administration.

We kindly request that all visits should be scheduled in advance. If you would like to arrange an appointment, please contact the appointed SickKids liaison.
