Biography

Dr. Kulkarni is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with experience providing care to infants, children, youth and their families in both hospital and community-based settings. Currently her clinical work is primarily within the Psychiatry Urgent Care Clinic. She is also the Education Lead for the TeleLink Mental Health Program at SickKids. She is involved in teaching, supervising and mentoring medical students, residents and fellows. She has an interest in physician health and is a member of the SickKids Peer Support Program team. She is the Director, Undergraduate Learner Affairs in the Office of Learner Affairs for the Temerty Faculty of Medicine. In this role she supports undergraduate health professions learners. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Canadian Women in Medicine (CWIM).

Primary research interests: education about telepsychiatry/virtual care, physician health & well-being, EDIIA related topics.
