Dr. Kulkarni is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with experience providing care to infants, children, youth and their families in both hospital and community-based settings. Currently her clinical work is primarily within the SickKids Acute Impatient program. She is also the Medical Director the SickKids Mental Health Access Program (MHAP) and the Education Lead for the TeleLink Mental Health Program at SickKids. At the University of Toronto, she is the Director of Continuing Professional Development for the Division of Child & Youth Mental Health and the Resident Advisor for the Department of Psychiatry. She is involved in teaching, supervising and mentoring medical students, residents and fellows. She has an interest in physician health and is a member of the SickKids Peer Support Program team.
