Robert S. Prichard

J. Robert S. Prichard is chairman of TorysLLP and chair of the BMO Financial Group. Prichard joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2009.

Timothy H. Penner

Tim Penner served as President of Procter & Gamble Canada for 12 years when he retired in 2011. Penner joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2012 and is currently serving as Vice Chair.

Yongah Kim

Yongah Kim is a professor at the Rotman Business School in the Strategy Area. Kim joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2017 and is currently serving as the Vice Chair.

Beth Wilson has held the role of Dentons' Canada Chief Executive Officer and member of Dentons’ Global Board and Global Management Committee since 2017. Wilson joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2017.

Robert Weese

Robert (Bob) Weese retired from GE Canada in 2011 after 22 years as Vice President of Government and External Relations. Weese joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2011.

Frank Vettese

Frank Vettese formally served as Deloitte Canada’s Managing Partner and Chief Executive. Vettese joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2018.

Kathleen (Katie) Taylor is the Chair of the Board of RBC. Taylor is a member of the SickKids Board of Trustees for SickKids and a Co-Chair of the SickKids Capital Campaign.

Terrence Sullivan is a behavioral scientist, Professor and Senior Fellow at Dalla Lana School of Public Health and adjunct professor at McGill University. Sullivan joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2012.

Cheryl Reicin is a partner with the law firm of Torys LLP and chair of Torys’ Life Science Practice. Reicin joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2012.

Saäd Rafi was most recently a Partner and the National Public Sector Leader at Deloitte LLP retiring in 2019. Rafi joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2014.

Joseph Natale is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Communications. Natale joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2015.

Bharat Masrani was appointed Group President and Chief Executive Officer of TD Bank Group in 2014. Masrani joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2018.

Donald Guloien

Donald Guloien is the past President and Chief Executive Officer of Manulife. Guloien joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2014.

Meric S. Gertler is the President of the University of Toronto. Gertler joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2016.

Claire Duboc

Claire Duboc is a founder and Managing Director of MindBeacon Group. Duboc joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2012. 

Janet Davidson

Janet Davidson is a health-care consultant and recently retired chair of CIHI’s Board of Directors. Davidson joined the SickKids Board of Trustees in 2020.
